Procharter Executes Urgent Airlift of Mining Equipment to Kenya
UK-based aircraft charter specialist Procharter has successfully completed a time-critical airlift from Sharjah, UAE, to Nairobi, Kenya. The mission involved transporting a single, outsize piece of mining equipment weighing 12,000kg. An Ilyushin IL-76TD cargo aircraft was utilized for the complex operation. Due to the cargo's dimensions, a bespoke cradle and special loading procedures were necessary to ensure its safe transport. The successful flight for a new client underscores the company's capability in handling urgent, out-of-gauge freight.
