Pilot Walks Away Uninjured After Small Plane Crashes in Pembroke Pines Neighborhood
A single-engine Socata TB10 Tobago plane crashed in a residential neighborhood in Pembroke Pines shortly after taking off from North Perry Airport. The aircraft reportedly experienced a loss of power, forcing an emergency landing. It came to rest upside down in a residential yard near a home. Remarkably, the pilot, who was the sole occupant of the aircraft, was able to walk away from the crash without serious injuries. No one on the ground was harmed, and the home was not damaged. The FAA and NTSB will investigate the cause of the incident.
