A pilot made a successful emergency landing in a field in Washington County, Nebraska, after his aircraft experienced engine failure. The incident occurred on Friday afternoon near the Blair Executive Airport. The sole occupant, identified as 64-year-old David Rogers of Omaha, was not injured during the event. His 1965 Beechcraft Bonanza sustained only minor damage during the off-airport landing. The Federal Aviation Administration has been notified of the incident.
