Martin County Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene and located the wreckage in the swampy preserve. The pilot, who was the sole occupant, was able to walk away with only minor injuries. They were transported to a local hospital for evaluation, and both the FAA and NTSB will investigate the cause of the crash.
