Pierpont College and Fairmont Catholic School Partner on New Youth Aviation Workshop
Students at Fairmont Catholic School have become the first to participate in a new, hands-on aviation workshop. The initiative is a partnership with Pierpont Community and Technical College's Aviation Maintenance Technology program. It aims to introduce young students to the principles of flight, aircraft components, and potential career paths in the aviation industry. Through practical activities, the program seeks to spark early interest and help build a future workforce pipeline for the sector.
