Fort Worth-based Paslay Group has merged with Chicago's Unison Consulting to create an expanded aviation advisory firm. This strategic combination joins Paslay Group's expertise in airport development and executive leadership with Unison's deep experience in airport management and technical consulting. The merger aims to establish a comprehensive, full-service firm capable of advising on all aspects of the airport business life cycle. The new entity is positioned as one of the largest women-owned airport consulting firms in the United States. R. Clay Paslay will serve as chairman, with Unison’s Peg Tinsley becoming the CEO of the combined organization.
