NASA Retargets Artemis II Rollout for Mid-March
NASA has set a new target date for the rollout of its Artemis II mission hardware, now scheduled for no earlier than March 19. The integrated Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft are slated to move to Launch Complex 39B at the Kennedy Space Center. This adjustment allows teams more time to complete crucial pre-flight testing and verifications. The rollout is a critical preparatory step for the first crewed lunar mission of the Artemis program. This mission will see four astronauts fly on a trajectory around the Moon and return to Earth.
