Global shipping giant MSC, through its subsidiary Terminal Investment Ltd (TiL), has secured a controlling 51% stake in the Yuzhny container terminal in Ukraine. The deal was finalized with the Ukrainian terminal operator, GNT Group. This acquisition significantly expands MSC's influence over one of the key deep-water ports on the Black Sea.
