Menzies Aviation Implements Next-Generation Baggage Reconciliation Technology
Menzies Aviation is rolling out a new, next-generation Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) across its global network. Developed in partnership with Logika, the cloud-based iBRS system offers real-time tracking of passenger luggage from check-in to the aircraft. This technology uses handheld devices to scan and track bags, improving accuracy and operational efficiency. The goal is to significantly reduce the rate of mishandled baggage for its airline partners and enhance the overall passenger experience.
