Loganair, UK's Largest Regional Airline, Put Up For Sale

Loganair, the United Kingdom's largest regional airline, has been officially put up for sale by its owners, Stephen and Peter Bond. After 25 years of involvement, the owners stated it is the right time for new ownership to take the airline to its next stage of development. The carrier operates a fleet of over 40 aircraft, serving more than 40 destinations across the UK and Europe. This announcement comes after the airline returned to profitability following the pandemic. A previous attempt to sell the airline in 2022 was paused to allow the business to focus on fleet renewal.
