Loganair Sale Halted as Airline Reports Record Profits
The sale of Loganair, the UK's largest regional airline, has been put on hold by its owners. This decision follows the airline's announcement of a record pre-tax profit of £10.9 million for the last financial year. The company was officially put on the market in October 2022 by brothers Stephen and Peter Bond. Chief Executive Jonathan Hinkles stated that Loganair is trading profitably with a strong financial position, removing the immediate need for a sale.
