Loganair Owners Halt Sale of UK's Largest Regional Airline
The owners of Loganair, the UK's largest regional airline, have officially halted the process of selling the company. Brothers Stephen and Peter Bond, who put the airline up for sale in October 2022, stated the market is not currently "optimal" to finalize a deal. The decision comes as the airline has successfully returned to profitability after a period of losses. The owners have now committed to remaining in charge for the foreseeable future. Their focus will shift to fleet renewal and ensuring stability for the carrier.
