German sensor specialist Hensoldt has completed the acquisition of Nedinsco, a Dutch manufacturer of high-end cameras and sensor modules. The deal, valued between €60-€70 million, will see Nedinsco integrated into Hensoldt's Optronics & Land Solutions division. This strategic move is designed to strengthen Hensoldt's product portfolio, particularly in thermal imaging and daylight camera technologies. By acquiring Nedinsco, Hensoldt aims to expand its technological capabilities and gain new customers in the global defense and security markets.
