Frontier Airlines Flight from Fresno Diverts to Las Vegas After Smoky Odor Fills Cabin

A Frontier Airlines flight from Fresno to Denver was forced to make an emergency diversion on Monday morning. Flight 2056, an Airbus A321, was rerouted to Las Vegas after a smoky odor was detected in the cabin shortly after takeoff. The crew declared an emergency and the aircraft landed safely at Harry Reid International Airport. Passengers deplaned normally and were accommodated on a different aircraft to continue their journey to Denver. Frontier Airlines has confirmed the incident and apologized to customers for the delay.
