Former NTSB Head Jim Hall to be Inducted into Tennessee Aviation Hall of Fame
Jim Hall, the current Chairman of the Chattanooga Airport Authority Board, will be inducted into the Tennessee Aviation Hall of Fame. The ceremony is scheduled for November 9th at the Tennessee State Museum in Nashville. Hall is being recognized for his significant contributions to aviation safety, particularly during his tenure as the 9th Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) from 1994 to 2001. During his leadership at the NTSB, he managed high-profile investigations, including ValuJet Flight 592 and TWA Flight 800. His career has been dedicated to improving safety standards throughout the aviation industry.
