Former NTSB Chairman Jim Hall to be Inducted into Tennessee Aviation Hall of Fame
Jim Hall, the current chairman of the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA), is set to be inducted into the Tennessee Aviation Hall of Fame. The honor recognizes his significant contributions to aviation safety throughout his distinguished career. Hall served as the chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) from 1994 to 2001. During his leadership at the NTSB, he oversaw investigations into major air disasters, including TWA Flight 800 and ValuJet Flight 592. The induction ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 2, 2024.
