Flybe Brand and Assets Sold, Raising Hopes for Airline's Return

The brand and remaining assets of the collapsed UK regional airline Flybe have been sold by administrators. The acquisition was made by a US-based consortium led by Lucien Farrell, a former director of the airline's previous ownership group. Administrators from Interpath Advisory confirmed the transaction, expressing hope it could lead to the Flybe brand returning to the skies. This development comes after the airline ceased trading for a second time in January 2023. While the sale provides a possibility for a revival, there is no guarantee that the airline will resume operations.
