Flybe Brand and Assets Sold in Bid to Revive Collapsed Airline
A deal has been reached to sell the brand and remaining assets of the collapsed UK regional airline, Flybe. The sale was confirmed by administrators at Interpath Advisory to a consortium that includes former Flybe boss, Mark Anderson. This move could lead to a relaunch of the airline, which ceased trading for a second time in January 2023. The new owners reportedly intend to establish a smaller, more efficient version of the carrier. Their goal is to serve key UK regions that were impacted by the airline's failure.
