FedEx Invests €46 Million to Expand European Logistics Hub in Barcelona
FedEx Express has announced a significant €46 million investment to expand its European hub at Barcelona-El Prat Airport. The new facility will nearly double the company's operational and sorting capacity. Spanning 24,500 square metres, the hub will integrate both FedEx Express and TNT operations. This major expansion is expected to create more than 220 new jobs in the region. The project is a key part of the company's broader network expansion strategy across Europe.
