DSV Confirms Shift to CargoWise, Repurposing In-House System for New AI Platform
Logistics giant DSV has officially confirmed its move to the CargoWise platform as its core Transport Management System (TMS). The transition, expected to take around five years, will replace a patchwork of legacy systems from previous acquisitions. In a significant strategic pivot, DSV's in-house TMS, Tango, will not be retired but will instead form the core of a new AI-powered platform. This new platform will focus on process automation, data analytics, and developing innovative tools for customers, marking a major digital overhaul for the freight forwarder.
