Drone Strike on Pskov Airfield Destroys Four Russian Il-76 Military Aircraft
A major drone attack has targeted a military airfield in Pskov, Russia, deep inside the country's territory. Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) confirmed that the strike successfully destroyed four Il-76 military transport aircraft. Several other planes were also reported to be damaged in the overnight raid. The attack is being described as one of the largest on Russian soil since the full-scale invasion began. As a result of the strikes, the Pskov airport, which serves both military and civilian purposes, was closed.
