Corendon Airlines Boeing 737 Suffers Nose Gear Collapse on Landing in Turkey
A Corendon Airlines Boeing 737 experienced a significant incident upon landing at Gazipaşa airport in southern Turkey. The aircraft, flying from Cologne, Germany, suffered a tyre burst as it touched down on the runway. Following the tyre failure, the plane's front landing gear collapsed, bringing it to a halt. All 190 people on board, including 184 passengers and six crew, were safely evacuated without any injuries reported. The Turkish transport ministry has confirmed the incident and an investigation is underway.
