Convex Re Launches Dedicated Aviation Insurance and Reinsurance Practice
Convex Group’s reinsurance business, CGRe, has officially launched a new aviation insurance and reinsurance practice. This move formalizes the company's activities in the sector, which it has been writing since its inception in 2019. The new practice will be led by industry veteran Richard Golder, who has been appointed Head of Aviation Reinsurance. Golder joined CGRe in March from Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, bringing significant experience to the role. He will report directly to Paul Boulos, the CEO of CGRe.
