China's Sixth-Generation Fighter Concept Unveiled in Official AVIC Footage
China's state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) has released a computer-generated video teasing a potential sixth-generation air superiority fighter. The footage, celebrating the 13th anniversary of the J-20's first flight, showcases a tailless, delta-wing aircraft concept. This design is visually similar to concepts for the American Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) program. While not a flying prototype, the official video signals China's significant progress in developing next-generation combat aircraft. The new fighter is expected to feature advanced stealth, long-range capabilities, and may be optionally manned.
