Canada's ITPS Orders Leonardo M-346FT Block 20 for Advanced Tactical Training
The International Test Pilots School (ITPS) in Canada has placed a firm order for two Leonardo M-346FT Block 20 advanced jet trainers. This acquisition aims to modernize the school's fleet and meet the evolving requirements for advanced tactical training. The M-346 is a multi-role aircraft equipped with an Embedded Tactical Training System (ETTS), allowing it to simulate complex operational scenarios. The system can emulate a variety of sensors, countermeasures, and weapons systems. This purchase will enhance ITPS's ability to train pilots for fifth-generation fighter aircraft.
