Bridger Aerospace Secures Alaska Wildfire Contract from Department of Interior
Bridger Aerospace has won an exclusive-use contract from the U.S. Department of the Interior to provide aerial wildfire support in Alaska. The company will deploy a specially equipped Daher Kodiak 100 aircraft for surveillance, command, and control missions. This agreement covers the 2024 Alaskan fire season, running from May 1 through August 31. The contract represents Bridger Aerospace's first primary mission in the state. It marks a significant expansion of the company's government contracting services for aerial firefighting.
