Boeing Reports Strong February Orders and Deliveries Amid Production Scrutiny
Boeing has shown positive signs of business recovery, securing 15 gross orders for its 737 MAX aircraft in February. The manufacturer also delivered 27 commercial jets during the month, including 18 737 MAXs and several wide-body aircraft. This performance contrasts with its main rival, Airbus, which reported no new orders for the same period. These commercial gains come as Boeing continues to operate under intense scrutiny from the FAA. Regulators have capped 737 MAX production while the company addresses significant quality control concerns.
