Boeing Activates Fourth 737 MAX Assembly Line, a First for Everett Factory
Boeing has officially started operations on its fourth 737 MAX assembly line, a strategic move to stabilize production. For the first time, the single-aisle jet is being manufactured at the company's Everett facility, traditionally home to its wide-body aircraft. This new line is part of a broader effort to improve quality and workflow before ramping up production rates. The Everett line will initially handle the assembly of the 737-10, the largest variant in the MAX family. This expansion aims to decongest the main Renton factory and streamline the manufacturing process for the popular aircraft.
