BermudAir to Launch First Transatlantic Service from Cardiff in Five Years
Cardiff Airport is set to resume transatlantic services for the first time since 2019. The new route, operated by Bermuda-based airline BermudAir, will connect the Welsh capital with L.F. Wade International Airport in Bermuda. Flights will operate twice a week, beginning on May 7th, 2024. The service will also provide a convenient connection to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This re-establishment of a transatlantic link is considered a significant boost for business and tourism in Wales.
