Archer Aviation Stock Slides After Reporting Wider-Than-Expected Q4 Loss
Archer Aviation's stock declined after the company reported a fourth-quarter loss of $0.34 per share, which was wider than the analyst consensus estimate of a $0.30 loss. Despite the financial miss, the eVTOL developer highlighted significant operational achievements. The company successfully completed the first phase of flight testing for its Midnight aircraft and is proceeding with the next stages. Construction is also underway for its high-volume manufacturing facility in Georgia. Archer remains on track to achieve FAA certification and begin commercial operations in 2025, ending the year with a strong liquidity position of approximately $625 million.
