Archer Aviation Stock Declines Following Wider-Than-Expected Q4 Loss
Archer Aviation (ACHR) stock fell in after-hours trading following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results. The company reported a loss of $0.34 per share, which was wider than the analyst consensus estimate of a $0.28 loss. As a pre-revenue company developing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, its reported zero revenue was in line with expectations. Despite the earnings miss, Archer highlighted its strong liquidity position of over $625 million. The company also reaffirmed that it remains on track for FAA certification and is making progress on the construction of its Midnight aircraft.
