Ampaire's Hybrid-Electric Eco Caravan Completes Milestone Flight in Utah
Ampaire has successfully completed a demonstration flight of its hybrid-electric Eco Caravan aircraft across Utah, from Spanish Fork to Ogden. The flight, a first of its kind for the state, showcased the aircraft's compatibility with 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This event was conducted in partnership with Elemental Fuels and supports the goals of the Utah Advanced Air Mobility Alliance. The Eco Caravan is designed to significantly reduce fuel consumption, emissions, and operating costs for regional aviation. Ampaire's technology represents a key step towards the decarbonisation of the airline industry.
