Alauda Aeronautics Partners with C4V for Next-Generation eVTOL Racing Batteries

Alauda Aeronautics, the creator of the Airspeeder eVTOL racing series, has signed an agreement with US-based battery firm C4V. The partnership will focus on designing and producing prototype battery modules for the upcoming crewed Airspeeder Mk4 aircraft. Utilizing C4V's advanced Bio-mineralised Lithium Mixed-Metal Phosphate (BM-LMP) technology, the batteries are designed for high power output and safety. A key performance target is the ability to fully charge the power pack in under 100 seconds, a crucial capability for the fast-paced racing format.
