Airplane Factory Sling 2 Suffers Landing Gear Collapse in Texas Incident
An Airplane Factory Sling 2 aircraft sustained substantial damage following a hard landing in San Antonio, Texas. The incident, which occurred on April 24, 2016, resulted in the collapse of the aircraft's landing gear. According to the official FAA report, the event took place during the landing phase of the flight. The aircraft was significantly damaged as a result of the gear failure. Fortunately, the two occupants on board were uninjured.
