Aircraft Charter Firm Bond Aviation Relocates to New Meatpacking District Office

Aircraft charter company Bond Aviation has signed a new long-term lease in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. The firm will occupy 11,000 square feet at 22 Little West 12th Street. This move represents a relocation from a smaller office previously located nearby on West 14th Street. The 10-year deal covers the entire second floor of the six-story building owned by Delshah Capital. The asking rent for the new space was reportedly $85 per square foot.
