Air China Cargo Expands Airbus A350F Order to Ten Freighters
Air China Cargo has increased its commitment to the new Airbus A350F freighter program. The airline converted an existing order for four A350-900 passenger aircraft into A350F cargo planes. This modification brings its firm order for the freighter to eight aircraft. In addition to the firm orders, the carrier also holds purchase rights for two more A350Fs. This strategic move positions the airline to potentially operate a fleet of ten next-generation freighters, significantly modernizing its long-haul cargo capabilities.
