Aerofugia Partners with SYSGO to Develop Advanced Avionics for AE200 eVTOL
Chinese eVTOL developer Aerofugia has announced a strategic partnership with German software company SYSGO to advance the avionics for its AE200-100 aircraft. Under the agreement, SYSGO will provide its PikeOS real-time operating system and hypervisor. This collaboration is focused on creating a robust, secure, and certifiable avionics platform. The technology aims to meet the highest aviation safety standard, DO-178C DAL-A. This step is critical for accelerating the airworthiness certification of the 5-6 seat tilt-rotor aircraft for the urban air mobility market.
