Aerios Integrates Instant Loadability Checks to Streamline Air Cargo Quoting

Cargo software provider Aerios has launched a new instant loadability check feature within its Smart Booking Portal. Developed in partnership with Air Cargo Systems, the tool allows freight forwarders to immediately verify if a shipment will fit on an aircraft during the quoting process. This automation replaces the traditional, time-consuming manual checks that involved phone calls and emails. The system uses 3D modeling and ULD build-up logic to provide a 'pass' or 'fail' result in seconds. This innovation aims to reduce booking errors, save time, and increase efficiency, with Avianca Cargo being the first to implement the feature.
