Aer Lingus Regional to Relaunch Flights Between Belfast and Dublin
Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Emerald Airlines, is set to reintroduce direct flights between Belfast City Airport and Dublin. The service is scheduled to begin on April 24, re-establishing the only direct air link between the two cities. This route has been absent since the collapse of its previous operator, Stobart Air, in June 2021. The revival of the one-hour flight is expected to enhance connectivity for both business and leisure travelers. It will also provide seamless connections to Aer Lingus's transatlantic network from Dublin, which includes a US pre-clearance facility.
