Administrators Sell Remaining Flybe Assets to Investor Group

The administrators for the collapsed airline Flybe have sold its remaining assets, including the brand and intellectual property. The sale was made to a group of investors, according to advisory firm Interpath. While the deal raises the possibility of the airline returning to service, there are no immediate plans for a relaunch. Flybe, which was based in Birmingham, ceased all trading for a second time in January 2023. The airline previously operated key domestic routes across the UK and to European destinations like Amsterdam and Geneva.
