ADB SAFEGATE has announced the divestment of its terminal business line to the Dutch technology company TKH Group N.V. The sale includes the Airport Systems, Passenger Processing, and Video Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS) portfolio. This strategic decision allows ADB SAFEGATE to concentrate on its core business areas of Airfield, Gate, and Tower operations. By streamlining its portfolio, the company aims to solidify its leadership in integrated solutions that enhance airport performance from approach to departure. The divested business will continue to operate as an independent entity within TKH Group, with the transaction expected to close in the second quarter of 2024.
