AD Ports Group's logistics arm, AD Ports Logistics, has announced its acquisition of the German-based international freight forwarder, MBS Logistics. The deal, valued at approximately €80 million ($86.7 million), is a strategic move to significantly expand AD Ports' logistics network within Europe. MBS Logistics, an asset-light company, brings extensive expertise in air, sea, and road freight forwarding. This acquisition will integrate MBS's operations and services into AD Ports Group's global portfolio, enhancing its offerings in contract logistics and customs clearance.
