95th Fighter Squadron Hones Combat Skills Against F-35 Adversaries in 'Ready Tiger' Exercise
The 95th Fighter Squadron and 95th Fighter Generation Squadron recently enhanced their combat readiness during exercise Ready Tiger 24-1 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. For the first time, F-22 Raptor pilots trained against advanced fifth-generation adversary aircraft, specifically F-35A Lightning IIs. The exercise focused on Agile Combat Employment (ACE) principles, simulating operations in a contested and degraded environment. Personnel practiced Multi-capable Airmen concepts by rapidly refueling and rearming the F-22s to improve sortie generation rates. This advanced training is critical for preparing the units to counter near-peer competitors.
